How to use
- Add your business details and logo (save them once with More → Save my business details).
- Enter the client, invoice number, dates and payment terms.
- Add line items. Totals, tax and balance due update instantly.
- Click Download PDF, or Print → Save as PDF. Use Duplicate as new for next month’s invoice.

Frequently asked questions
Is this invoice generator really free?
Yes. There is no sign-up, no invoice limit and no watermark. The site is supported by optional donations.
Where is my data stored?
Only in your own browser (localStorage). Nothing you type is sent to our server. Use More → Backup (JSON) to move your invoices to another device.
Can I add more than one tax?
Yes. Add as many tax lines as you need – for example GST and PST, or state and city sales tax. You can also turn on a tax rate per line for mixed taxable and non-taxable items. Compound tax (tax on tax) is supported.
How do I number invoices?
Use a sequence you never reuse, such as INV-1001, INV-1002. “Duplicate as new” saves the current invoice and creates the next number for you.
Can I record a partial payment or deposit?
Yes. Enter it in Amount paid and the invoice shows the balance due.
