Where is my data stored?

Everything stays in your browser (IndexedDB). Nothing is uploaded to any server. Your data never leaves your device. Save a backup file before clearing browser data or switching devices.

Does the .xlsx work in Google Sheets and Mac Numbers?

Yes. We use standard Excel formulas only (SUM, IF, ROUND, etc.) — no VBA macros. Files open perfectly in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Apple Numbers, and LibreOffice Calc.

Is this a subscription?

No. Each program is a one-time purchase. You get lifetime access including free rate updates (e.g., IRS mileage rates, platform fee changes). The free version is fully functional with some limits (see each program).

Can I try before buying?

Yes. Every program includes a "Try with sample data" option that lets you explore all Pro features. Results are marked "SAMPLE" but all calculations work exactly as they would with your own data.

How do I restore my purchase on another device?

Go to Restore Purchase and enter your payment email. Your license will be verified and restored instantly. No device limits.

Can I get a refund?

Since you can try all features with sample data before buying, refunds are not available for change of mind. If the product has a genuine technical defect that prevents use, contact us for a full refund.
