About the optional AI feature
The Excel formula tool has an optional "interpret with AI" mode. Only if you turn it on, the Qwen2.5-0.5B-Instruct model files are downloaded once from Hugging Face (huggingface.co). The sentence you type is processed in your browser and is not sent to any server.
