What This Tracker Does

Stop guessing whether your sales are actually profitable. This tracker calculates the real profit on every order after all platform fees, payment processing, COGS, shipping labels, ad spend, and refunds.

Products & SKU Master

Enter your product catalog with per-unit cost, inbound shipping, and customs/duty. The app calculates landed cost automatically. When you log an order, COGS is filled from the matching SKU. Inventory on hand and restock alerts help you stay stocked.

Orders Ledger

Log every sale with date, platform, order ID, item, quantity, sale price, shipping charged to buyer, actual shipping label cost, and ad spend. Platform fees are calculated automatically based on the selected platform and your fee profile settings. Sales tax collected by the marketplace is excluded from revenue.

Platform Fee Profiles (2026 Verified)

  • Etsy: 6.5% transaction fee + $0.20 listing + 3% + $0.25 payment processing + 15%/12% offsite ads
  • eBay: 13.6% final value fee (most categories, up to $7,500/item) + 2.35% above threshold + $0.30/order + 1.65% international fee
  • Amazon: 15% referral fee (most categories) + $0.99/item (Individual plan) + FBA fees
  • Shopify: 2.9% + $0.30 (Basic plan, online) + 1% international card surcharge
  • PayPal: 3.49% + $0.49 (Checkout) + 1.5% international

All rates are fully editable in Settings. Adjust for your store subscription tier, negotiated rates, or category-specific fees.

CSV Import

Import orders directly from the official CSV/TSV exports of each platform:

  • Etsy: EtsySoldOrders and EtsySoldOrderItems CSVs (Sale Date, Order ID, Items, Price, Shipping, Sales Tax...)
  • eBay: Seller Hub Orders Report (Sales Record Number, Order Number, Item Title, Sale Price, Paid On Date...)
  • Shopify: orders_export.csv (Name, Created at, Lineitem name, Lineitem price, Lineitem sku...)
  • Amazon: All Orders Report (amazon-order-id, purchase-date, product-name, item-price, quantity-purchased...)

Column names are auto-matched. Duplicate order IDs are detected and skipped.

FAQ

Which platforms are supported?

Etsy, eBay, Shopify, Amazon, and PayPal with 2026 verified fee structures. You can also track sales on any other platform using the "Other" option with customizable rates.

Can I import my existing order data?

Yes, the Pro version supports CSV import from each platform's official export format. Column names are auto-matched. Duplicates are detected by order ID and skipped.

How is COGS calculated?

Landed Cost = Unit Cost + Inbound Shipping + Customs/Duty. Set up your products in the SKU master, and COGS auto-fills when an order's SKU matches. You can also enter COGS manually per order.

Is sales tax included in revenue?

No. Sales tax collected by the marketplace is tracked separately and excluded from revenue calculations. This matches how marketplace-facilitated sales tax works (collected and remitted by the platform).

Cash or accrual accounting?

This tracker uses cash-basis accounting (revenue recognized when paid). For accrual-basis needs, consult your accountant.

Is my data stored online?

No. Everything stays in your browser's local storage. Nothing is uploaded to any server. Export to .xlsx or CSV anytime for backup.
